Neil Goss is a Kansas native transplanted to the Blue Ridge Mountains now living/working in the River Arts District in Asheville, NC (Tsalaguwetiyi Land-Eastern Cherokee Territory). Goss primarily focuses on the processes of weaving and natural dyeing to create works that bridge the gaps of art and craft. Goss makes individual wall works, immersive installations, ephemeral public art, teaches workshops, and does artist talks. Currently, Goss is collaborating on a new project, Woven Mountain Gallery, in Black Mountain, NC.
